Terms and Conditions
ホテルではお客様の安全かつ快適なご滞在のために、宿泊約款第10条に基づき、次の通り利用規則を定めておりますので、お守り頂きますようご協力をお願い申し上げます。この規則を遵守いただけない場合は宿泊約款第7条により宿泊またはホテル内諸施設のご利用をお断り申し上げ、かつ賠償責任をおとりいただく事もございますのでご留意いただきますようお願い申し上げます。
- 火災予防上お守りいただきたい事項
1） 廊下及び客室内では暖房用、炊事用などの火器及びアイロン等を持ち込み使用しないでください。ただし、ホテル備え付けの器具は除きます。
2） ベッドの上など火災の原因となりやすい場所では喫煙をしないでください。
3） キャンドルやその他火災の原因となるような行為は絶対にしないでください。 - 保安上お守りいただきたい事項
1） ご滞在中お部屋を出られる時は必ずドアをお閉めください。ドアは自動で施錠されます。
2） ご滞在中や特にご就寝の時は、ドアの内鍵、ドアフックをお掛け下さい。来訪者があった時は不用意に開扉なさらずに、ドアスコープからご確認ください。万一不審者と思われる場合には直ちにフロントへご連絡ください。
3） ご訪問客と客室内での面会はご遠慮ください。1階ラウンジをご利用頂きますようお願い申し上げます。 - 貴重品、お預かりのお取り扱いについて
1） ご滞在中の現金、貴重品は必ず客室内のセイフティボックスに入れるか、フロントにお預け下さるようお願いいたします。 上記以外による滅失、盗難、紛失、毀損等によって生じた損害については責任を負いかねます。
2） お忘れ物、遺失物の処置は法令に基づいてお取り扱いさせて頂きます。 - お支払いについて
1） ホテル内のレストラン、ラウンジなどを署名でご利用なる場合は、必ず客室のルームキーをご呈示ください。
2）都合により到着時にお預かり金を申し受ける事がございますのでご了承ください。
3） 宿泊代金は前金でお支払いください。また宿泊代金以外のご清算も2万円を超えた場合、または当ホテルからご請求があった場合にはお支払いください。 - 禁止事項の行為について
1）ホテル内に他のお客様のご迷惑となるようなものを持ち込む行為。（犬、猫、小鳥、その他の動物、火薬や揮発油など発火性または引火性のもの、悪臭を発するもの、著しく多量な物品、法的に所持を許可されていない鉄砲や刀剣類、その他法令で所持を禁じられているもの。※ただし盲導犬は除く。）
2） ホテル内でとばくや風紀、治安を乱すような行為。
3） 高声放歌やスピーカー／テレビ等の高音で他のお客様の迷惑となる行為（宿泊約款第5条および静岡県旅館業法施行条例第5条の規定に反する行為。）
4） 当ホテルの許可無くホテル内で広告物の配布や物品の販売などをなさる行為。または客室を宿泊以外の目的でご使用になる行為。
5） ホテル内の設備、備品を所定の場所以外に移動させたり、用途以外にご使用になる行為。
6） ホテルの建築物や諸設備に異物を取り付けたり現状を変更するような加工をなさる行為。
7） ホテルの外観を損なうような物品を窓側に陳列したり窓に掛けたりする行為。
8） 窓から物品を投げる行為。
9） 寝間着、スリッパ等で客室以外のホテル内各施設をご利用なさる行為。
10） 客室洗面台で毛染め液や漂白剤等を使う行為。
To ensure a safe and pleasant stay for all guests, Cocochee Hotel Numazu has established the following Terms and Conditions in accordance with Article 10 of our Accommodation Agreement. We kindly ask for your cooperation in adhering to these rules. Please note that failure to comply may result in denial of accommodation or facility use, as outlined in Article 7 of the agreement, and may also result in liability for any damages caused.
- Fire Safety Guidelines
1） Do not bring or use heating appliances, cooking equipment, or irons in guest rooms or hallways. (Hotel-provided appliances are exempt.)
2） Do not smoke in areas that are prone to fire, such as on the bed.
3） Open flames such as candles are strictly prohibited. - Security Guidelines
1） Please make sure to close the door securely when leaving your room. All guest room doors lock automatically.
2） While inside your room or sleeping, please use the inner lock and door latch. If someone knocks, check the door viewer before opening. If you notice any suspicious individuals, contact the front desk immediately.
3）Meetings with visitors inside guest rooms are not permitted. Please use the lounge on the 1st floor for such purposes.
- Valuables & Left Items
1） Please store valuables in the in-room safety deposit box or leave them at the front desk. The hotel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of valuables not stored properly.
2） Lost and found items will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Payment Policy
1） When signing charges to your room (e.g., restaurant or lounge), please present your room key.
2） We may request a deposit upon check-in for your convenience.
3） Please pay room charges in advance. If other charges exceed ¥20,000 or a payment is requested by the hotel, prompt settlement is required. - Prohibited Acts
1）Do not bring into the hotel items that may disturb other guests, including animals (except guide dogs), explosives, flammable substances, items with strong odors, or weapons prohibited by law.
2）Gambling, indecent acts, or any actions that may disrupt public order are strictly prohibited.
3） Avoid loud singing, high-volume use of TVs or speakers, and other noise disturbances.
4） Distribution of flyers, selling goods, or using guest rooms for non-accommodation purposes without prior permission is prohibited.
5） Do not move hotel furnishings from their designated places or use them for unintended purposes.
6） Do not alter hotel structures or equipment, or attach any foreign objects.
7） Do not display or hang objects in windows that affect the hotel’s exterior appearance.
8） Do not throw anything from windows.
9） Please refrain from using hotel facilities outside your room while wearing pajamas or slippers.
10） Do not use hair dye, bleach, or similar products in the guest room washbasin.
