Guest Services Overview

午前6時から10時まで、ココチラウンジにてコーヒーの無料サービスを提供します。
こ出発前のひととき、一杯のコーヒーでごゆっくりとお寛ぎください。

Free coffee is served from 6:00 to 10:00 in the Cocochee Lounge.

お部屋にご用意しているお茶は静岡銘茶です。冷蔵庫に入っているミネラルウォーターはご自由にお召し上がりください。
少しぬるめの温度のお湯(70℃ぐらい）でお茶を入れて頂くと美昧しくお飲み頂けます。

Guests can enjoy japanese green tea and mineral water which have kept in the refrigirator.
Its better to use warm water (70C) when you drink japanese green tea to enhance the taste .

受付時間：18:00~23:00 フロント（内線「0」)までお申し込みください。
40分　4,000円　延長10分ごとに1,000円追加。
予約状況により受付不可の場合がございます。

Call to the Front desk. The service is available from 18:00~23:00.
The massage service is available .Guests wii be charged ￥4000 for 40min. Furthermore,
if you prefer to extend the hours you will be charged ￥1000 for 10 minutes.
Aditonally, due to the reservation status of the day we may not be able to accept your massage appoinment.

朝9時までにフロントヘお持ち頂ければ翌々営業日の夕方仕上がります。
詳しくはフロントまたはランドリーバックをご確認ください。
（定休日/木曜日・その他不定休あり）

Bring your laundry to the Front desk by 9:00am, and it will be returned to you by evening of the next business day.
(Closed on thursdays)

FAX　　　 1枚210円(2枚目以降＋10円）

普通車l泊1200円（高さは2mまで）利用時間15:00～翌日11 :00
時間外・早着・延長　　1時間/200円
障がい者用1台分あります。普通車より大きい車の駐車はご相談下さい。

Parking area is available from 3:00pm to 11:00am next day.
You will be charged ￥1200per vehicle for one night.
Our parking area consists one parking slot for physically impiarment guests ,
so feel free to inform us if you prefer to use the handicap parking slot.
Furthermore, if you need to use the parking area before or after the designated time you can use by paying ￥200 per hour.

Beer and soft drink is available in the vending machine on the first floor.

3階のランドリーコーナーに設置してあります。

There is ice machine that you can use it for free on the third floor.

3階のコインランドリーに設置してあります。

Laundry room is located in 3rd floor .You can use the washing machine by adding ￥100

各階のエレベーターホール脇にご用意しております。台数に限りがございます。

There is Pants Press in the corner of hall near the elevator on your floor.
