大声で周囲の人に知らせてください。 Call loud to warn other people.
お部屋から出る時は、必ずドアを閉めてください。（火や煙が広がるのを防ぎます。） When leaving your room, close the door. (It can prevent spreading of fire and smoke.)
非常放送で火災の発生状況、避難の指示などが放送されますので、 よく聞いて落ち着いて行動してください。 The situation of the fire and instruction on evacuation will be given through the emergency broadcast. Listen to it, and behave calmly.
異臭または臭いなどで火災と思われる場合もすぐにフロントへ連絡ください。 Besides, if you suspect a fire outbreak or detect smoke or smell, report to the Front desk immediately.
■ 避難する時は｜When taking refuge.
服装や持ち物にこだわらずに早く逃げてください。 Evacuate right away, leave clothes or belongings behind.
避難の際には、エレベーターは絶対に使用しないでください。 Never use the elevator.
煙の中を避ける時は、姿勢を低くしてぬらしたタオルを口にあて、 煙の流れと反対方向の非常階段（非常口）を選んで逃げてください。 When fleeing from smoke, keep a low posture, put a wet towel on your mouth, and rush to an exit in the opposite direction of the flow of smoke.
■ 逃げ遅れたら｜If you are trapped.
電話でフロントに救助を求めて下さい。万が一電話がつながらない時は、 窓から懐中電灯やシーツなどであたかい救助を合図して救助を待ってください。 Call the Front desk for help by phone. If the phone line is dead, give a sign through the window with a flash light or a sheet to call for help.
煙や火の侵入を防ぐために、濡れタオルやシーツなどでドアの隙間をふさぎ、 救助を待ってください。 To prevent invasion of smoke or flame, fill up the door gaps with wet towels or sheets, and wait for help.
■ 地震が起きたら｜In case of earthquake.
非常放送、あるいは従業員の指示に従い冷静に行動してください。 Behave calmly, following the instructions of broadcast or the personnel.
エレベーターは絶対に使用しないでください。 Never use the elevator.
ドアや窓を開けて避難路を確保してください。 Keep door and window open to keep an escape route.
家具の転倒、落下物に注意して、頭を保護して避難してください。 Protect your head and evacuate, paying attention to tumbling furniture or falling objects.
■ 具合が悪くなったら｜In case of sickness.
